Scored for 2 flute, 2 clarinet, oboe, bssn or b cl, 2 Alto Sax. 2 tpt, horn, 2 tbn, tuba. The overture includes the famous sax solo.  Though not beyond a medium high school level, the work will require careful attention to style and musical interpretation. The "Farandole" is well known and fun to play.  This work was used with fine success in the Michigan MSBOA Finals and received recommendation as outstanding.
