"Oh, Aye Rio" & "Blow the Wind Southerly" An interesting work for sax quartet which features a number of folk songs arranged in the style of Ralph Vaughan Williams's "Folk Song Suite". The songs may be played as a complete suite or seperately. While scored for AATB, an optional sop part is included for the lst alto. Each movement is over the 2 minute minimum for MSBOA requirments in Michigan Festivals. Technical demands are not extreme and should be playable by High School and College students.
